About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County. The role focuses on providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes. BAYADA offers opportunities to care for clients of all ages and diagnoses, including those requiring advanced care like tracheostomy and ventilator management. They emphasize excellent onboarding and training, flexible scheduling, electronic charting, and 24/7 clinical support. The position involves traditional shifts (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours) with one-to-one client care, allowing for relationship building and observing client progress. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes.
• Care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Manage advanced care needs, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Engage in one-to-one client care.
• Build client relationships and observe their milestones.
• Perform preventive care.
