Requirements

Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Working understanding of Labor Law and best practices
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and related business communication tools
Associates Degree in a related field desired
Minimum one year related experience

Responsibilities

Performs customer service functions by assisting with all internal and external human resource related inquiries or requests.
Sources and screens new applicants by posting jobs, attending job fairs, presenting at trade schools, and phone screening, interviewing, and performing background checks on all applicants.
Directs and coordinates Care Team Member Training.
Facilitates new employee on-boarding and training.
Perform new hire orientation.
Schedules meetings, interviews, and other events as requested.
Makes copies, mails, scans, and emails documents and perform other clerical functions.
Maintains employee files and ensures compliance with all state regulations.
Assists with ad hoc projects.
Assists with Office Management and stocking office supplies.
Assists with On Call phones on a rotating basis with other staff.
Attends weekly Ops Team Meetings and participates in problem solving and process improvement.
Nurtures and develops the Care Team.
