Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working understanding of Labor Law and best practices
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and related business communication tools
  • Associates Degree in a related field desired
  • Minimum one year related experience

Responsibilities

  • Performs customer service functions by assisting with all internal and external human resource related inquiries or requests.
  • Sources and screens new applicants by posting jobs, attending job fairs, presenting at trade schools, and phone screening, interviewing, and performing background checks on all applicants.
  • Directs and coordinates Care Team Member Training.
  • Facilitates new employee on-boarding and training.
  • Perform new hire orientation.
  • Schedules meetings, interviews, and other events as requested.
  • Makes copies, mails, scans, and emails documents and perform other clerical functions.
  • Maintains employee files and ensures compliance with all state regulations.
  • Assists with ad hoc projects.
  • Assists with Office Management and stocking office supplies.
  • Assists with On Call phones on a rotating basis with other staff.
  • Attends weekly Ops Team Meetings and participates in problem solving and process improvement.
  • Nurtures and develops the Care Team.
