About The Position

Valence Care is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent in the industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in healthcare recruiting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a homecare setting and have an understanding of the credentialing requirements for Nursing and Rehab staff. Experience with Dayforce is highly desired. If you are passionate about helping others, and have a keen eye for talent, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! Please note this position is fully onsite.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of prior experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with standard hiring and onboarding practices within a healthcare organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a homecare setting
  • Understanding of the credentialing requirements for Nursing and Rehab staff

Responsibilities

  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management
