About The Position

The Office Coordinator assists with the daily operations in the department to include Resident billing, maintenance of department records, and deliverance of excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience using EMR software required.

Nice To Haves

  • At least two years of experience in home care, healthcare, or environment serving the senior population preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Completing Home Support billing and payroll functions accurately and timely
  • Assisting in training and orientation of new team members
  • Assisting in the resident satisfaction process
  • Monitoring staff compliance and documentation to include training, license certification, staff meetings, and policy announcements
  • Performing office duties to include: answering phones, generating reports, filing, and copying
