About The Position
Always Best Care is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Nurse Aides (NAs), and Caregivers to provide quality in-home senior care throughout O‘ahu. Requirements
- Current Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to assist with transfers, lifting, and mobility support
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Offer medication reminders and wellness monitoring
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
- Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and community outings
- Deliver exceptional home care while helping clients maintain independence
