About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing & Business Development Representative to help grow our caregiving business by developing referral relationships and bringing in new clients. The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable building relationships throughout the community. Previous experience in home care, senior care, healthcare marketing, or business development is strongly preferred.

Requirements

Marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable making calls, visiting referral sources, and developing new business
Self-motivated and results-driven
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in home care, senior care, healthcare marketing, or business development is strongly preferred.
Home care, caregiving, senior care, or healthcare experience preferred
Existing healthcare or senior-care referral relationships are a plus
Understands that this is a business development and client acquisition position. Your primary goal will be to develop relationships, generate referrals, and help bring new caregiving clients to our company.

Responsibilities

Generate new caregiving clients and referral opportunities
Develop relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, senior communities, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources
Conduct in-person visits and community outreach
Build and maintain a strong referral network
Follow up consistently with potential clients and referral partners
Represent our company professionally at networking and community events
Track leads, referrals, and new client opportunities
Develop new strategies to increase our client base
