About The Position
Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking a driven Home Health Business Development Representative to grow our referral base and build lasting relationships with healthcare providers in the community. This role involves representing a respected home health, hospice, and personal care agency that has been serving the Oklahoma City metro since 1999, boasting a 4.5-star CMS rating. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder, comfortable managing their own territory and schedule, and passionate about connecting referral sources with high-quality home health services.
Requirements
- Home health, healthcare sales, or business development experience preferred.
- An existing network of healthcare referral contacts in the Oklahoma City area is a strong plus.
- A self-starter who's comfortable managing their own territory and schedule.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the drive to grow a referral base and hit goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources across the Oklahoma City metro.
- Represent Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City as the go-to home health provider for referral partners in your territory.
- Track outreach, referral activity, and relationship progress.
- Educate referral sources on our home health services and what sets our care apart.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to make sure every referral turns into a smooth, well-supported patient admission.
- Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities that build our referral pipeline.
