About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring LPNs to provide one-on-one home care to pediatric and adult clients in Lakeland, Plant City, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Haines City, and Davenport. Cases include clients of varying ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, with opportunities to develop skills in advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management through paid training. A high-priority case in Lakeland is for a reliable, experienced pediatric nurse to provide ongoing day shifts for a happy, energetic 4-year-old with a tracheostomy and ventilator. The family is seeking a nurse interested in a long-term arrangement for at least two shifts each week. The parents currently provide most tracheostomy care and handle all tracheostomy changes while the nurse builds confidence with those skills. There are no pets in the home. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling, electronic charting using Statewise, in-depth paid training and shadowing, adult and pediatric simulation labs, cases matched near the employee’s home, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Available shifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours and may be first, second, or third shift. PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules are available; there are no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. Pay is $30–$35 per hour, contingent on experience, case acuity, shift, and other factors.
