Home Care Intake Coordinator (Direct Sales Position)
About The Position
We are a non-medical home care agency with locations in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Georgia, New Jersey, Indiana, New York, Michigan and Ohio. This position will require to speak with potential clients/caregivers to explain the Medicaid programs through which the client can obtain a home care caregiver. Candidate will be required to sign up clients that are eligible for services to be referred to care management. Continuous follow up will be required until client has been onboarded with us. Those with a direct sales is preferred. Those with a healthcare in sales a major plus. Candidate will need to have knowledge of PA Medicaid programs. You will not be responsible to gather referrals, they will be provided to you. Previous experience is a plus!
