About The Position
At PACE North, we understand that flexibility matters. Choose the schedule that best fits your life. PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) helps individuals age 55+ who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain safely in their homes. We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes throughout our 7-county service area. As part of our home care team, you will assist participants with bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping. You will also take vital signs and document participant care, provide compassionate support that promotes independence and dignity, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements
- Must already hold a current CNA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Dependable and team-oriented
- A positive attitude and passion for serving seniors
Responsibilities
