About The Position

Join an AMAZING in-home care team in and around Boston, MA! This role offers flexible hours, real support, and care that fits your life. Start immediately in Dorchester/Roxbury as a Caregiver, Homemaker, PCA, or HHA. Build a schedule that works for you with AM or PM shifts ranging from 1-4 hours, available Monday to Sunday. Requirements

• Hold CPR & First Aid certifications
• Can communicate clearly in English
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable assisting with errands, appointments, and light housekeeping

Nice To Haves

• Having your own vehicle is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support safe transfers and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Offer medication reminders
• Drive clients to errands, appointments, and outings
