About The Position
We are hiring caregivers now for two openings. This role involves providing in-home care to clients, assisting them with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom, and safe mobility. You will also help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Some clients may have dementia or be recovering from surgery, and you will be matched based on your experience and comfort level. We value caregivers who are reliable and observant, and we provide training for the rest.
Requirements
- At least six months of hands-on caregiving experience (paid or caring for a family member)
- California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to get registered
- Current TB clearance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable with hands-on personal care
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with bathing and dressing
- Helping clients get to the bathroom
- Assisting with safe mobility, such as moving from a chair to a walker
- Preparing meals
- Performing light housekeeping tasks like vacuuming
- Reminding clients about their medications
- Providing companionship
