About The Position

We are hiring caregivers now for four openings. This role involves providing in-home care to clients, assisting them with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Some clients may have dementia or be recovering from surgery, and caregivers will be matched based on their experience and comfort level. The ideal candidate is reliable, observant, and willing to learn.

Requirements

• At least six months of hands-on caregiving experience (paid or caring for a family member)
• California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to get registered
• Current TB clearance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable with hands-on personal care

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with bathing and dressing
• Helping clients with toileting and moving safely
• Preparing meals
• Performing light housekeeping tasks like vacuuming
• Reminding clients about their medications
• Providing companionship and support
