About The Position
Come grow with an incredible home care team in and around Salem, MA. We build the schedule around you, allowing you to pick mornings or afternoons and we'll match your clients. We are looking for dedicated individuals with at least one year of professional caregiving experience, current CPR & First Aid certification, a valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, and fluency in English. This position offers flexible scheduling with early morning or afternoon shift blocks, 25-30 hours per week, matched to your exact availability. We proudly serve Salem, Beverly, Danvers, Peabody, Ipswich & Manchester-by-the-Sea.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional, hands-on caregiving experience
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license & a reliable personal vehicle
- Fully fluent in both written & spoken English
Responsibilities
- Personal care
- Stand-by support & safe transfers
- Preparing/cooking meals
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping (vacuum, dishes, laundry)
- Companionship
- Transportation to errands + appointments
