About The Position
At Amada Senior Care, caregiving is more than a job—it's about building relationships, providing comfort, and helping people continue living safely in the place they call home. We're growing our team and looking for experienced, compassionate caregivers who are ready to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors and veterans throughout our community. This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling with morning, daytime, weekend, and overnight shifts available. Orientation is held in our Jasper, TX office, and we're looking for caregivers who are willing to travel within a 25-mile radius to care for clients in the surrounding areas.
Requirements
- At least two years of caregiving experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Genuine commitment to providing quality care.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work with both male and female clients.
- Willingness to travel throughout the surrounding communities (within a 25-mile radius).
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical, in-home care tailored to each client's needs.
- Offer companionship.
- Assist with personal care.
- Prepare meals.
- Help with mobility.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Be a friendly face someone can count on.
