About The Position

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is seeking a caregiver to support residents with activities of daily living and provide a reassuring, compassionate presence for residents and their families. Duties include bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility support, toileting, and personal care. The role involves providing emotional support using the Best Friends™ Approach to dementia care and building meaningful connections with residents. Evening shifts are available. The caregiver must be available for weekends and holidays as assigned, and flexibility is appreciated. The starting wage is $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
Genuine passion for working with seniors.
Ability to provide emotional support using the Best Friends™ Approach to dementia care.
Strong communication skills and professionalism.
Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a team.
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.

Must be available for weekends and holidays as assigned.
