About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a Home Care Aide (HHA, CNA, or PCA) to support seniors in staying safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The role involves providing kind, patient, and reliable assistance with clients’ routines and everyday needs. Free training and certifications are offered to candidates without experience or certification. A typical day involves visiting a client’s home, checking in about the plan and how the client is feeling, and providing support according to their routine. The aide keeps notes, adapts to small changes, and communicates updates to help keep everyone informed. Visits may be quiet or busy, but the aim is to help clients feel safe, seen, and cared for.

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and warm conversation.
- Help with meals, errands, and medication reminders.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal care.

- Check in with clients about their plans and how they are feeling.
