About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Care Aides (HHA, CNA, or PCA) to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The role supports clients’ everyday routines with kindness, patience, and a reliable presence. Free training and certifications are available for caregivers who have no experience or certification. Caregivers visit clients at home, check in about their plans and well-being, and provide support tailored to each client’s routine. They keep notes, adapt to small changes, and communicate updates so everyone involved stays informed. Visits may be quiet and comforting or busy and upbeat.

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and warm conversation.
- Help with meals, errands, and medication reminders.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
- Support daily living tasks and light housekeeping.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and calm home environment.
- Check in with clients about their plans and how they are feeling.
- Keep notes, adjust to small changes, and communicate updates.
