About The Position
Help at Home is hiring bilingual Spanish/English Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or GED, or at least one year of previous caregiver experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Access to insured and reliable transportation.
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.
- Compliance with state background screening requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous caregiver experience; no experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
- Support clients with personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and meals.
- Run errands and grocery shop for or with clients.
- Accompany clients to appointments.
