About The Position

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or related field is an asset, but NOT required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help clients with mobility and transferring safely within their homes.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor client condition and report any changes to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
