About The Position

The In Region EE HW Engineer will work on next-generation Home & Beats products as part of Apple’s EE team, serving as the team’s local representation at manufacturing sites in China. The role involves partnering with manufacturing teams and R&D colleagues to design, validate, and optimize hardware circuits and systems, from the first prototype build through mass production. It requires proactive collaboration with other engineering groups, including EE, firmware, production test, and mechanical engineering teams. The engineer will define and implement validation plans for hardware subsystems such as power, DC-DC, I2C, USB, SPI, and DDR, and debug hardware and interfaces. A significant portion of the work takes place at manufacturing sites, and international and domestic travel is likely.
