This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to: • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Requirements
- Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools
- A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet
- Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently
- Authorized to work in the United States
- A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position

Responsibilities
- Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
- Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups
- Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training
- Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
- Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
