About The Position

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to help seniors and vulnerable adults live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. The role involves providing personal care and practical assistance, while also offering companionship, trust, and emotional support. Caregivers follow individual care plans, document daily care using a mobile app, and communicate with the office team. Paid training, ongoing support, and career development are provided. The position serves clients in Medford and surrounding Rogue Valley communities.

Requirements

Successfully pass a background check.
Have reliable transportation and a valid ID.
Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to read, write, and speak English.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support, and build meaningful relationships with clients.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with mobility and transportation.
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
Follow individual care plans and accurately document daily care notes using a mobile app.
Communicate effectively with the office team.
