Holiday 5am Truck Associate
About The Position
The Holiday Truck Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The associate adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role involves customer service and checkout duties, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing merchandise for the sales floor, supporting merchandising and store recovery, and helping maintain cleanliness, safety, and shrink-reduction standards. The associate also supports a positive store culture, follows applicable labor laws and company procedures, and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Role-model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to established procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain the cleanliness of the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
