Early Morning 5am Truck Team
About The Position
The Early Morning Truck Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers shop and locate products, and provides solutions. The role supports fast, friendly checkout and store operations, including unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and keeping the store well-merchandised and in stock. Team members may also assist with online order fulfillment, framing sales and production, and other duties as assigned. This role is based in a public retail store; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled, and some outdoor work may be required when retrieving carts or unloading trucks. Work hours include early mornings, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
- Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer survey.
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact respectfully and positively, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model for other team members.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
