Williams-Sonoma is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to help create an inspiring shopping experience for customers during the holiday season. The associate supports the store wherever needed, including assisting customers on the sales floor, operating the register, replenishing merchandise, and keeping the store organized. Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other point-of-sale transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation so products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
