About The Position

As a Holiday Bar Team Member, you’ll help bring the spirit of the season to life by wearing festive attire and engaging guests with holiday cheer. The role combines performance with serving as a holiday ambassador, with the goal of creating a memorable, festive guest experience. Holiday-themed costumes are required. The position includes entertaining guests, spreading holiday cheer, and being available for photo opportunities.

The role also involves dancing during venue open hours to encourage guests to join the dance floor, attending practices to learn choreography, and working with other departments to promote teamwork and quality service. The position requires night and weekend availability and the ability to stand and dance for extended periods. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old; if required to serve alcohol, must meet the applicable state age requirements.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to stand and dance for long periods.
• Must know musical trends and relevant dances and be comfortable dancing in public.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with dancing in public performances is preferred.
