About The Position

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking a professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services in high-end HOA and residential communities in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role calls for a polished, customer-focused presence and the ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and community personnel. Officers are expected to maintain a calm, discreet, observant, and attentive security presence in a residential community environment.

This is a part-time flex position, approximately 16 hours per week, with the potential for approximately 24–32 hours per week depending on community coverage needs. The schedule may vary across days and shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend coverage. HOA sites may also vary according to coverage needs. Travel is not required.

Requirements

• Active Nevada PILB Guard Card/license required.
• Previous security experience in an HOA or residential community environment required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record and successful Motor Vehicle Record clearance required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a calm, discreet, and highly professional presence.
• Ability to interact appropriately with residents, guests, vendors, and community personnel.
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills.
• Ability to stand and remain attentive for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying shifts, weekends, and overnight coverage as needed.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
