About The Position

TTEC is seeking a Hmong-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to work remotely from California. This role involves supporting consumers with their healthcare benefit needs, answering incoming calls, conducting research across multiple systems, providing clear and accurate information, and managing a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism. The position requires a passion for helping others and providing peace of mind. Training is instructor-led online and requires webcam participation. Individual coaching and access to free courses are available for professional development.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English and Hmong
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer’s needs
  • Comfort working with computer systems and Windows based applications
  • A distraction free, designated home workspace
  • A secure, high speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers
  • Engage thoughtfully with customers to understand their needs
  • Conduct research across multiple systems to resolve questions
  • Provide clear, accurate information to help consumers navigate healthcare options
  • Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism
  • Follow a set schedule, including designated breaks and lunches
