About The Position

This is a remote, work-from-home position for a Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Associate. The role involves assisting customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their prescription coverage. Associates manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems. The company emphasizes a supportive team environment and values excellent customer service and communication skills to create positive customer experiences. Punctuality and dependability are crucial for client success. The role requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • Ability to successfully complete a 4-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of nesting.
  • Cannot miss a day of training.
  • Successfully complete customer service assessment and typing test on a computer.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task.
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
  • Must have 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends (if needed based on call volumes).
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Must have a home internet connection with 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed.
  • Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet.
  • Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable.
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Workspace must be clutter-free, free of distraction, no one is allowed in workspace during working hours, no writing utensils, or unauthorized electronics in the work area.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their prescription coverage.
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers.
  • Navigate multiple systems to assist customers.
  • Provide positive experiences for customers and clients.
  • Answer customer questions such as "Can you assist me in what the status of my current refill is?" and "Did my prescription run out?"
