About The Position

This employee files, locates, logs, retrieves, scans, processes, and delivers medical records as assigned. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of computer operation experience, preferably in a health care setting. Knowledge of Misys, EMR, and Misys Tiger is preferred. The employee is expected to deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
