Qualified candidates who complete a phone screen and meet the applicable hiring criteria may receive an "authorized interview fast-pass" and be invited to reserve a priority interview timeslot for the event. Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedules, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to meet various pre-employment requirements including but not limited to: Criminal background check, Drug and alcohol screening, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review; valid Driver's license required, Fitness-for-duty assessment to ensure that candidates can safely perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to receive and maintain site access credentials or badges per site-requirements
- Valid TWIC card or ability to obtain TWIC card
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working in an industrial, refinery, chemical plant, or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experience following strict safety rules and working in safety-sensitive environments is a plus
