About The Position

Christian Health is hosting an in-person hiring event for Certified Home Health Aides, Certified Medication Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Psychiatric Nursing Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Resident Assistants. Candidates may arrive at any time during the two-hour event to meet recruiters, hiring managers, and nurse leaders from Christian Health’s post-acute and long-term care communities, interview on the spot, and tour the facility. The event takes place Wednesday, October 21, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at Christian Health, 301 Sicomac Avenue, Wyckoff. Complimentary parking is available at the Human Resources/Finance Building, with a shuttle to the event location every 15 minutes. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for shifts of 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Hourly rates vary by role and employment status: CHHAs, $17–$22; CMAs, $21 full-time or $23 part-time; CNAs, $20–$23 full-time or $22–$25 part-time; LPNs, $30–$41 full-time or $33–$42 part-time; PNAs, $18 full-time or $20 part-time; RNs, $37–$48 full-time or $40–$51 part-time; and RAs, $17 full-time. Shift and weekend differentials apply to many positions. Eligible full-time CNAs, LPNs, and RNs may receive a $2,500, $5,000, and $5,000 sign-on bonus, respectively; eligible part-time LPNs and RNs may receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Base pay may depend on relevant experience, education, and credentials.
