About The Position
Arrow Exterminators is hosting an in-person hiring event for multiple full-time positions across Northeast Metro Atlanta, including Midtown, Dunwoody, Tucker, Lawrenceville, Duluth, Buford, and Decatur, Georgia. Opportunities are available in pest control services, termite services, and customer service. No prior pest control experience is required for applicable entry-level positions, and training is provided. The company offers opportunities for training, development, and career advancement. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 2695 Leeshire Road, Tucker, GA 30084. Applicants should apply and schedule an interview time slot; applicants who schedule a time during the event are guaranteed an interview with a hiring manager. The recruiting team will also email applicants a link to schedule a virtual interview.
Requirements
- Comply with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy, including successfully completing any required pre-employment drug screening.
- Pass a pre-employment background check upon offer of employment.
- Possess a valid driver's license for applicable positions.
- Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass any required licensing or certification exams, depending on the position.
- Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing an approved company uniform when required.
- Be able to work a minimum 40-hour work week.
Nice To Haves
- No prior pest control experience is required for applicable entry-level positions.
Responsibilities
- Pest Control Technician: Provide pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
- Termite Technician: Perform termite treatments, inspections, and prevention services.
- Sentricon Technician: Install, inspect, and maintain termite bait station systems.
- Mosquito Technician: Provide mosquito control treatments and services.
- Customer Service Representative: Assist customers, schedule services, answer questions, and provide customer support.
