Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) seeks a Hiring Coordinator to join Continuing Education (CE). With a commitment to centering inclusivity, diversity, and equity, the CE Hiring Coordinator supports the CE Talent Acquisition and Business Operations Analyst by providing effective oversight of administrative functions, recruiting, training, planning and managing all CE teaching assistants and Pre-College Monitors across the three CE verticals. The coordinator manages time card processes and all relevant payroll issues. Additionally, they serve as a backup to the CE instructor hiring process, including managing all expense reimbursements and initiating invoice payment processing. The role liaises with RISD Human Resources (HR) office and other administrative offices, including Student Employment, Procurement, and Finance, fostering positive relationships and demonstrating respect and inclusivity.
