High Volume Hiring Recruiter - US
About The Position
We are looking for a High Volume Hiring Recruiter focused on sourcing candidates in the United States for remote and project-based opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience with high-volume recruitment, US candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management. You should be comfortable finding qualified US-based candidates quickly through multiple recruitment channels and managing a large number of applicants at the same time. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process while helping the team meet hiring targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment or talent sourcing.
- Experience sourcing candidates specifically within the United States.
- Strong knowledge of US job boards, online communities, and recruitment channels.
- Ability to manage a large candidate pipeline simultaneously.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and communication platforms.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Target-driven, proactive, and responsive.

Responsibilities
- Source a high volume of qualified US-based candidates for multiple open positions.
- Review applications and identify candidates who meet specific role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
- Contact candidates and communicate role requirements clearly.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Help candidates complete required interviews, assessments, and onboarding steps.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook groups, Reddit, job boards, professional communities, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify US-based communities and channels that can generate qualified candidates.
- Develop new sourcing strategies to increase candidate volume.
- Build candidate pools for recurring and high-volume hiring needs.
- Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Screen candidates based on location, experience, skills, availability, and project requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews or screening calls when required.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
- Follow up with candidates who become inactive or do not complete required steps.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Identify candidate drop-off points and help improve completion rates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Monitor applications, qualified candidates, interviews, onboarding, and hires.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to the internal team.
- Track recruitment targets and performance.
- Identify sourcing challenges and recommend solutions.
