About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking a High Voltage Electrician Instructor for its Electrical and Electronic Systems program in Marietta, Georgia. The instructor delivers practical, hands-on training in a fully equipped facility and teaches Lincoln Tech’s accredited curriculum. The role emphasizes safety and industry compliance, student development, performance assessment, and preparing students for careers in the electrical and electronics systems industry. Teaching experience is not required; Lincoln Tech supports industry experts transitioning into teaching. The position offers a four-day work week and a $3,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms of the company’s Employee Sign-on Bonus Agreement. Staffing agency candidates are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the residential, commercial, or industrial electrical industry.
• Experience installing and servicing electrical equipment.
• Understanding of single-phase and three-phase systems.
• Knowledge of electrical codes.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of or experience with motor controls, lighting controls, or solar.
• Experience or knowledge of low-voltage systems.
• Teaching experience.
