About The Position

Lincoln Tech is hiring a full-time High Voltage Technician Instructor for its Electrical and Electronic Systems program in East Point, Georgia. The instructor will deliver practical training in a fully equipped facility and teach the school’s accredited curriculum, helping students build skills for careers in the electrical and electronics systems industry. The role includes teaching safety and industry regulations, supporting student development, assessing progress, and preparing students for successful careers. Teaching experience is not required; Lincoln Tech supports industry professionals transitioning into teaching. The position offers a four-day work week and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms of the company’s Employee Sign-on Bonus Agreement. Staffing agency candidates are not eligible for the bonus.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the residential, commercial, or industrial electrical industry.
• Experience installing and servicing electrical equipment.
• Understanding of single-phase and three-phase systems.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of codes.
• Experience with motor controls, lighting controls, or solar.
• Experience or knowledge of low-voltage systems.
• Teaching experience.
