About The Position

WFS Group is seeking highly motivated appointment setters to generate qualified appointments and create pipeline for high-ticket offers ($7k-$15k+). This fully remote position involves working exclusively with warm leads from world-class marketing campaigns, eliminating the need for cold prospecting. The role is performance-driven, ideal for competitive individuals who thrive in high-output environments and are looking for a clear path into high-ticket closing. WFS Group specializes in building and deploying revenue engines for fast-growing companies, outsourcing sales departments for clients in various sectors including SaaS and alternative education.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of SDR, setter, or phone sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence handling objections
  • Ability to work independently remotely
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • High level of personal accountability
  • Strong work ethic and consistency
