About The Position

The coach will be responsible for team activities including all scheduled practices and games, and adhere to district policies, rules, and objectives. The coach will lead by example among the team and players. Focus will be on personal development, skill development, safety, fair play, sportsmanship, and work to establish and improve the team and program.

Requirements

Previous coaching experience at the high school level preferred.
Experience working with teenagers preferred.
Knowledge of the fundamentals, rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport.
Ability to teach and develop age-appropriate athletic skills.
Willingness to complete all certification required by NHIAA per policy.
Meet or be willing to complete all Conway School District, Kennett High School and NHIAA requirements.
