About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a High Lift Equipment Operator to move, stock, pick, count, stage, and store merchandise using high-lift reach and narrow-aisle equipment. Equipment may use electronic wire-guided systems at some locations. The role also involves raw material picking, placing SKUs into locations, packing, loading, and unloading. These activities account for approximately 85% of the day. The operator is responsible for meeting production standards, maintaining inventory accuracy, following safety standards, and keeping equipment and materials orderly. The position is on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pay is $20.75 plus, and an Employee of the Month incentive is offered.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience operating material handling equipment.
Experience operating a dock stocker, cherry picker, and high reach.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Six months of warehousing and inventory experience.

Responsibilities

Move, stock, stage, and store products and materials using high-lift reach and narrow-aisle equipment, including electronic wire-guided systems where installed.
Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
Pick, pack, load, and unload products and raw materials, including placing SKUs into locations.
Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the correct number and types of products are selected.
Maintain appropriate inventory records and reports.
Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
Report quality variances.
Keep facility equipment and materials neat, clean, and orderly.
Assist with physical inventories.
Ensure proper stock rotation.
Operate equipment that extends to higher levels than normal forklift equipment.
