About The Position

Vintners Logistics LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join its warehouse team in Kennewick, Washington. The role operates forklifts to load, unload, move, and hand-pick pallets of wine, food, and packaging within the warehouse, supporting efficient product flow, accurate inventory management, and overall warehouse operations. Overtime is required and seasonally mandated; applicants must be able to work overtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification or license.
• Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and following proper procedures.
• Ability to work required overtime, including seasonally mandated overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas, following proper handling procedures.
• Move pallets and other materials to designated storage locations using a forklift.
• Build customer orders and pallets from customer-created pick tickets.
• Inspect the forklift regularly and report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Sanitize incoming trailers during harvest.
• Wash bins.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to support smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Work required overtime, including seasonally mandated overtime.
