About The Position

The High Lift Equipment Operator operates high lift equipment in narrow aisles to move, stock, pick, and count merchandise in accordance with production standards. At some locations, the equipment uses electronic wire-guided systems. The role also involves extending to higher levels than normal forklift equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of warehousing and inventory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Move, stock, stage, and store products and materials using high lift reach equipment and narrow-aisle equipment, including electronic wire-guided systems where installed.
• Stock and store merchandise efficiently in appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the correct number and types of products.
• Maintain appropriate records and reports to support inventory accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Report quality variances.
• Keep facility equipment and materials neat, clean, and orderly.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
