About The Position

Multiple part-time, in-person tutoring positions are available at our Raleigh, NC Center. Tutors will teach based on our provided lesson plans, focusing on student improvement. No parent meetings or lesson plan writing are required. Compensation is hourly and based on experience and level. Tutors can work as many hours as they want based on their availability.

Requirements

• Strong High School Grade Math and English tutoring skills.
• Ability to teach Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, and Trig (9-12).
• Ability to teach Reading, Writing, and Grammar (6-8).
• Ability to teach Phonics, Reading readiness, and Elementary Math (K-3).
• Must love teaching.
• Must care about student improvement.
• Must have a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Teach Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, and Trig (grades 9-12).
• Teach Reading, Writing, and Grammar (grades 6-8).
• Teach Phonics, Reading Readiness, and Elementary Math (grades K-3).
• Follow provided individualized lesson plans.
• Focus on student improvement.
