Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the custodial field
  • Basic understanding of computerized systems such as email, CMMS, and Time Recording software
  • Experience working in an environment where young adults are present
  • Valid drives license

Responsibilities

  • Daily collection of trash and recycling in and around each residential facility.
  • Clean-up and power washing of trash cans and trash areas outside of the residential facilities.
  • Daily clean-up and flips of outlying buildings.
  • Relocating furniture and equipment in and around office buildings, classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, auditoriums, residential halls, dining areas, building common areas, and other areas as required.
  • Attend and complete training in a timely manner.
  • Minor maintenance of department vehicles and equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
