Requirements

Active LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent.
Strong background in talk therapy with a CBT focus.
Flexible scheduling across days, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver care primarily through CBT, CPT, and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
Conduct 45–60 minute therapy sessions (CPT 90837) and initial evaluations (90791).
Maintain relationships with assigned patients through structured 12+ week care plans.
Focus on patients dealing with trauma, stress, and life-impacting events.
Utilize AI-assisted documentation tools.
