About The Position

Radiance Technologies is seeking a technical intern to support Department of Defense programs involving research, development, risk reduction, and testing of high-energy lasers. The work may span hardware integration, testing, modeling, and software development. The intern will work with the team to conduct tests and implement developmental hardware.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Optics, Physics, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA; GPA must be listed on the resume to be considered.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Self-starter with excellent team skills and flexibility.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Python, SolidWorks, LabVIEW, and other engineering tools.
• Understanding of assembly and alignment of systems.
• Laboratory, testing, and design experience from coursework or outside projects.
