About The Position

Gordon Food Service is hiring a Hi-Lo Replenisher at its distribution center in Coppell, Texas. The role supports warehouse order processing by using a forklift to stage products in designated areas and replenish selection slots. Duties also include removing empty pallets from selection areas, placing inbound freight in reserve or pick slots, and helping the Selection and Shipping departments with pallet picks and take-outs. Training is provided, and prior experience is not required according to the overview; however, the listed qualifications require at least two years of hi-lo or lift operator experience. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM until finish, with Fridays and Saturdays off. The posting says employees must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed. Work takes place in a distribution center with extreme temperatures ranging from -25°F to 100°F. Pay starts at $23.23 per hour, including a $1.00 second-shift premium, with monthly performance incentives.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
At least 2 years of hi-lo or lift operator experience.
Able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions, from -25°F to 100°F.
Able to read, write, and communicate in English to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits and updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions.
Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
