About The Position

Gordon Food Service is hiring a Hi-Lo Replenisher for its distribution center at 1410 Gordon Food Service Dr, Plant City, Florida. The role supports warehouse order processing by operating a forklift to stage products in designated areas and replenish selection slots. Duties also include removing empty pallets from selection areas, placing inbound freight in reserve or pick slots, and assisting the Selection and Shipping departments with pallet picks and take-outs. Training is provided. The work takes place in a distribution center with temperatures ranging from -25°F to 100°F. The schedule is Sunday through Friday, with Saturday and Tuesday or Wednesday off, starting at 6:00 AM and ending when work is complete. Pay starts at $23.23 per hour, with monthly performance incentives and weekly pay. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have at least 2 years of hi-lo or lift operator experience.
Be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions from -25°F to 100°F.
Be able to read, write, and communicate in English to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits and updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions.
Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
