About The Position

Gordon Food Service is hiring a Hi-Lo Replenisher to support warehouse order processing and delivery. The role uses a forklift to stage product in designated areas and replenish selection slots. It also involves removing empty pallets from selection areas, placing inbound freight in reserve or pick slots, and assisting the Selection and Shipping departments with pallet picks and take-outs. The distribution center operates in extreme temperatures from -25°F to 100°F, and training is provided; no prior experience is required in general, though the listed qualifications require at least two years of hi-lo or lift-operator experience. The position is based at the distribution center at 777 Freeport Pkwy Ste 110, Coppell, Texas. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM until finish, with Fridays and Saturdays off. Starting pay is $23.23 per hour, including a $1.00 second-shift premium, with monthly performance incentives. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
At least 2 years of hi-lo or lift-operator experience.
Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Must be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions, from -25°F to 100°F.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits and updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions.
Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
